You need to unzip embroidery files prior to being opened in your software.
You need to have an embroidery machine to work with these files and a way to transfer the files from your computer to your embroidery machine/software.
Please be sure that you have the proper software and hardware necessary to get the design on to your embroidery machine to get it stitched out.
We CAN NOT guarantee the quality of our designs if they're altered or resized in any form.

The digital design files and images may not be transferred to anyone else, in any manner. They cannot be shared, traded, sold, given away, or auctioned.
